Prairie Garden Fence for Cincinnati’s Harriet Beecher Stowe House
Completed 4.23.26
Abby and I were super chuffed to have the opportunity to build a willow fence for Cindy’s Harriet Beecher Stowe House. It’s a quiet installation. It does its job without calling tons of attention to itself.
Tall enough to keep people from cutting across the garden to get to the museum entrance, but bespoke in the best ways—period appropriate, blending in with the angles of the garden and the rock wall behind it. It just kind of melts into the property in a way that makes it seem like it had always just been there.
Such an honor to work with HBSH, Cincy Parks and the UC History department.
