Growing willow—of any kind—is one of the kindest things you can do for the planet. A basket willow that you mean to harvest yearly will sequester carbon and hide it away in all of the lovely things you weave.
Starting on November 15th, 2026, we will begin taking orders for live willow cuttings.
Shipment of those orders will begin in *February of 2027.
(We can’t ship later than February, but if you are lucky and can plant before then, we are flexible to earlier send dates. Let us know and we’ll see what we can work out.)

We recommend sourcing willow as locally as you can to keep the shipment carbon footprint for these wonderous plants as small as possible. Willow growers in the States are still small in number, but growing every year. 65willows would prefer to satisfy orders east of the Mississippi, but will work with any interested party because planting willow is a righteous act. (Not that we feel strongly about it.)
And while we’re happy to ship cuttings out, if you could come to the farm to pick up your willow starts, we would share so much great info with you and show you the operation and talk your ear off about how great willow is. . . Or not, if that much attention is too much attention.
